"Still solid, but don’t overlook the setup"
I’ve had my Zinus bed frame for over a year now and it’s still holding up great. No squeaks, no loose parts, and I definitely haven’t been super careful when moving things around. For the price, I’m happy with how well it’s lasted. Just a warning though: make sure you tighten everything properly during setup, because I could see it getting annoying fast if anything is left even a little loose

"Smell faded quicker than I expected"
I was kind of nervous about the off-gassing smell when I first opened the mattress. It definitely had that foam smell for the first day, and it was a bit much at first, but I left it in a room with the window open. By the next night, it was mostly gone. Happy with it now.

"Comfy mattress, especially for the price"
I’ve had this Zinus mattress for a few weeks now and I’m happy with it. The first day was a little odd while it was expanding, and I was kind of wondering if I’d made the right choice, but then it settled in and felt way better. It’s not too firm, not too squishy either, which is hard to find. I sleep mostly on my side, and it’s been comfortable for that. Also, random bonus, I’ve been waking up with less back pain than before. For the price, I really don’t have much to complain about.

"Really solid bed frame, but the instructions could be clearer"
I bought this Zinus bed frame last month, it’s been really good for the price. It feels sturdy, doesn’t squeak at all, and the finish looks nicer than I expected. Putting it together wasn’t too bad, but I was expecting the instructions to be a little clearer in a few spots. Still, once it was set up, I was happy with it.

"Support got me sorted out quickly"
I had a small issue with my order and reached out to zinus support. I can’t remember if I messaged them that morning or the night before, but either way they got back to me faster than I expected. The person helping me was really nice and didn’t make it a whole complicated thing. There wasn’t a bunch of back and forth, which I really appreciated. It made the whole situation way less stressful, and I’m happy with how they handled it...

"Heads up: it’s firm, but in a good way"
Just a quick warning for anyone thinking about it: this is definitely on the firmer side, but not uncomfortably hard. I actually found it really comfy, and I woke up without any back ache, which was a big plus for me.

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
I ordered from zinus.com and thought it would take longer. I mean, it actually showed up early. The box was in good shape too, and I didn’t have any issues with the delivery at all.

"Replacement took a little time, but the warranty came through"
Had to go back and forth over a few emails, so it wasn’t the quickest process, but I did end up getting a replacement. Overall, decent experience and the warranty definitely helped

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to Zinus customer service and wasn’t sure what to expect. Luckily, they got back to me quickly and didn’t make the whole thing a hassle. The person I spoke with was friendly and explained everything clearly, which was a relief. My issue ended up getting fixed faster than I thought it would. It’s just nice when support is actually simple and not stressful
